With over 15 years of clinical experience and a background in neurology, she brings a unique, integrative approach to therapy—blending psychodynamic principles with Prolonged Exposure, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), and prayerful support.
Raised in the Bronx with Dominican roots, Dr. Lizardo’s faith and cultural heritage deeply inform her practice.
